Album Notes
This class is 78 minutes long and begins with a brief meditation incorporating Dirgha and Ujjayi pranayamas, followed by one round of Kapalabhati breathing. A brief energizing warm-up flow comes next. The heart of the practice is three sun salutes with many postures woven into them. Each sun salute is designed to be a little more challenging than the one before. An introspective cool down sequence and relaxation end the practice.
