ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
URBAN LEGENDZ is a new southern rap dynasty consisting of two brothers, Jay Strong and D Money.

They are unlike any Southern based group you've heard to date. They aren't just in the game, they're playing on a whole different level!

Jay Strong says: We're trying to show the world that there's more to southern rap than booty shake and yelling!

We derived our style from the basics of hip-hop which to to me is lyrics.

If you're looking for the Southern norm you've come to the wrong place.

If you want something fresh and different with lyrics you can understand, music that makes you want to dance, or a little something to bump in the trunk, we've got all that and then some.

We got in this game to raise the standards, not to go with the flow! D Money says: On our CD you get it all.

We've got everything from southern fried rap to butter smooth east coast hip-hop.

We're a group that's going to be hard to label.

Though we're deep south rooted you can hear the nation in our music.

West coast, East coast, mid-west and the dirty dirty.

We're one big melting pot of music because we listen to it all.

We truly love hip-hop/rap and embrace all that it has to give.

Look for us in a city near you this spring and summer!

OFF THA DAMN CHAIN
This album is hot. It's different from the normal GA music but it still keeps that feel that Georgia personifies. A welcome change to what we usually hear down here.OFF THA DAMN CHAIN!

A much needed change from the southern norm!
These catz are paving a new road in the south. Tight lyrics, phat beatz, and overall good production. I've seen this group on stage live and they really are crowd pleasers. The day of the yelling southern rap groups are about to end! Hopefully these catz will be at the front of the wave.
