ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
For more information about the ocarina, visit www.stlocarina.com.

Hi, my name is Tristan. Thank you so much for buying my (first) album! Here are some details about this album.

Undertale seems to have created an amazing craze as soon as it got released. The “retro gaming” style, the very bizarre ambiance and also the sumptuous original soundtrack make this game unique. When I saw the interest of people for its music, I wanted to bring the ocarina into it and give it a much more modern aspect by keeping the electronic-instrument and orchestral direction. My very first arrangement was “Megalovania” that some of you have watched on my YouTube channel. It unexpectedly turned into my most viewed video.

With such enthusiasm, I started to think: An Undertale album would be very nice with the ocarina.
And here we are. I have my very first album. And it’s yours to enjoy.

What makes it different from the other ocarina albums, in my opinion, is the direction I made. Every song from the album more or less keeps the “electronic” soul and the complexity of the original piece.

Oh! I forgot to thank some people…

Thank you so very much to Dennis Yeh, director of STL Ocarina. He’s the man without whom this album wouldn’t have existed. I have an infinite and everlasting gratitude for him.

Thank you to Toby Fox, the original composer, of course!

Thank you to my family, friends and viewers who have always encouraged me and supported me. That’s
crazy how far I’ve gone since I started to play the ocarina less than 4 years ago.

Thank you very much for reading me. See you next time on YouTube!

– You are filled with determination –
