Album Notes
As a `journeyman` guitarist sideman to many artistes over a busy and exciting career - I have been lucky enough to play alongside Elton John, Eric Clapton, Roger Waters, Mike and the Mechanics, Mike Oldfield, Al Stewart and, most notably, Pink Floyd amongst many others both in the recording studio and on tour around the world. This mixture of musical styles, and my travels, have influenced my writing over the years. These tunes were composed during the period between 2010 and 2015, for use as production music - for film, radio, TV and general commercial applications. I am joined by some talented friends but play the majority of instruments myself, one of the reasons I have particularly enjoyed working on this material. This is the only genre of work where one is able to write, arrange, engineer, produce and perform the music without interference from record companies etc. I find it refreshing, and I hope that this shines through in the final results. With love....TR
