Album Notes
ACT 1:

We awake to the flow of Nigredo’s opening track floating somewhere in “The Afterlife”, catapulting us back in time to a day before machines dominated our psyche. From there we are pulverized by Autovon’s epic “More Than Machine” only to be carried further through the circuitry by the Reverend. Hudson that is. And our prayers will be answered, if not destroyed by the roar of opposing thoughts, rendered by the amazing Jon Thompson. The groove continues on to the tune of PsiVamp’s “Stomp” & still the candle burns . . . enough to light the way for our poet laureate John Omen, reciting lyrics from “Right Wing Conspiracy” fueling the premonition generation. But something is not quite right & it is a disgrace, the time we waste, only to find it has indeed run out . . . Carl Jung would be proud of Stan Satin’s opus “In A Dubsense” landing the synchronous track 9. While the dynamic duo have cast a spell . . . as told by The Devil & The Worm through their incantation “Sight Unseen” . . . And daylight fades into night.

ACT 2:

These birds do make new friends generated by the fury of Brian’s Electric Bird Noise, introducing us to the chaos monger himself . . . Zod. All hail ZOD & his technical prowess! Australia . . . & bombastic beats. The earth has been scorched by PASK with his aboriginal frequencies. Just in case you haven’t figured it out, the answer is "Meconium" from "re[deploy]" aka, Ilium Opium & the subsonic tracks from Xero/G or the digital algebra theorized by Searad reminding us that everything is golden in “Less Than I”.

"Industrial meets techno, meets more . . ." Flagpole Magazine [Athens, GA]

Fabryka Industrial Rock

A Nod To Electronic Music
S9F decided to release a remix CD with 14 artists, among who I recognize a few such names as Adam Pask & Searad. I see other names for the very first time. It seems like Synchro Nine Factor gave a chance to new experienced artists & a nod to the bios & discographies for the bands coming from mostly the electronic music scene (techno, industrial, ambient, experimental). They are mostly based on The East Coast, Atlanta but also Philadelphia, New York & even North Antarctica. I guess they found it a challenge to remix S9F's hard rock music & most of them made it very satisfying.

Most of all, the album contains electronic or dancefloor versions of songs suitable for radio stations or club parties. I would point out really good remixes by John Omen, Stan Satin, Seth Questor, Searad, Nigredo, Autovon, Reverend Hudson & as usual the sovereign Adam Pask. NINa
