ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Stacey Peasley and long time collaborator and producer, Grammy Award winner Marty Beller, soar to new heights in RSVP, her highly anticipated third album. While rooted strongly in pop, influences range from country, indie rock, piano-infused soul, Latin flavor, 80s anthem rock, to folk rock, and more. Stacey's signature songwriting style of observation and storytelling continues in her 11 original tracks and one cover song, One and One Makes Two, making this a must have album for Stacey Peasley fans and kindie music fans alike.
RSVP tackles the tough issues of childhood in RSVP, Allergies, and Find A Way, as well as daily mania in Shoes and Driving. The sentimentality of a trip to the beach soothes in Big Ocean, while special occasions are celebrated in Balloons. Step Outside the Box encourages overcoming insecurity, and Rocketship thrills with the excitement of a trip to outer space and what one can see and accomplish.
Stacey's music has been awarded two Parents' Choice Awards, two Creative Child Magazine Awards and has garnered praise from notable publications including the School Library Journal and Midwest Book Review. In RSVP, Stacey continues to excel with clever and relatable lyrics and catchy and complex musical arrangements. This is her finest work to date!
