Sound Sleep Solutions
This CD does help me get to sleep. I have problems waking up at night, and I turn the CD back on and sometimes forward through to just the music to help me get back to sleep. I need a little more practice with the tense and relax portions of the exercises; my mind doesn't seem to want to pay attention to them.

Love it!
I first heard this CD in a hotel room several years ago. I kept that CD and on return trips, gathered more. Over time, though, they'd gotten misplaced.

My Husband has been really having a hard time sleeping, even with his CPAP and prescribed meds, so I bought both the CD and the MP3 files, so he can have it available at home at while traveling.

It's worked wonders for me and is now working wonders for him!

This CD is totally awesome
I had never heard of Dr. Breus until I stayed at the Crown Plaza. I put the CD in and was hooked. It was awesome! I ordered the Cd when I got home. I use it to relax and drift off to a very peaceful sleep. I love it and highly recommend it to anyone who needs a way to relax. Thank you so much for this CD!

This is the best!!
We first used this cd at a Crowne Plaza hotel. It worked so well for the whole family, we decided that it was a must have for the house.

This is great!
I have fallen asleep to this CD every night for a week and have got the best sleep I've had in years. Thanks!

It is unbelievable that this can work and work every night.
Sometimes it would take more than an hour to fall asleep and I found myself dreading the thought of sleep. Since I began using the CD, I not only relax and fall asleep within a few minutes of listening to the music, but I sleep longer and what is more important to me, I wake feeling refreshed. It is unbelievable that this can work and work every night.

Desperate for quality-healthy sleep
I have sleep apnea...cannot get used to the CPAP, etc. I have desperately needed sleep that is not sporadic and fitful. I am a special ed teacher and need to be somewhat restful for my little challenging angels. Ordered the CD. It is wonderful, and reminds me of what we all should be doing anyway...relaxing, meditating, taking moments for ourselves, etc.
Thank you and many continued blessings.
