Album Notes
Russell James is a folk singer-songwriter with an obsession for electronic music and element. He combines both traditional songwriting with post-modern ambience and electronic elements to create a whole new genre he has dubbed, "Dreamfolk". He is heavily influenced by Brian Eno, U2, The Cure, Boards of Canada, James Taylor, and Jackson Brown. His vocals can be soft as well as loud and soulfull, depending what the song needs.
