Rob Lee is the R&B phenomenon that is bringing true singing back to the music industry. While he possesses the captivating falsetto voice of the Stylistics or Isley Brothers, his music has bounce and sensuality. This definitely will be a breath of fresh air for the R&B world, especially with so many vocalists having the same exact sound. Not only does he execute the falsetto reminiscent of crooners such as Smokey Robinson or The Isley's, but he paints a beautiful picture of bliss with his smooth lyrics. He has performed on the same stages of great musical acts such as Brian McKnight, Angie Stone, Monica, Snoop Dogg and others. His debut CD also allows you to load it on your computer for a behind the scenes look of an artist on the grind. "I made this an enhanced CD instead of a typical single release with snippets. I want the listeners to get their money's worth as well as come into my world. Some album's are $15 dollars and only 1 song is hot. With me you always get a little extra."

The first song "Can I Get It", shows the ladies that more than one thing can catch a fella's eye. This song shows that sometimes it's the little things that can make someone take notice. On the opposite end of the spectrum is soulful, sensual, "Shining Star". This song encompasses the feeling of cherishing someone or something that gives you inspiration. These are two great songs that capture two of the many feelings that we endure as we travel the path of life.

He has also executive produced "Str8 Out The Gate", a compilation mix tape featuring his Upstate team and other musical guests. The Bronx MC Chaundon, of The Justus League, makes a guest appearance on the project along with super producer 9th Wonder of the Hip Hop group Little Brother. Be on the lookout for this new R&B sensation, for he is what the game has been missing and truly needs!

the cd is very reminiscent of when music was pure music and not some overproduced track used to mask non existent talent. Great vocals.
