Refreshing, unique, organic, gathering of very talented musicians.
I am really enjoying this CD. The River Pilots CD breaks away from the usual predictable electronic sounds that many new bands are relying on; and offers a refreshing new perspective using smooth sax, very cool percussion, upright bass, guitar, etc... Very relaxing. Very hip. Very original. Thanks.

Unusual, eclectic and delightful
I plan to feature this album on our jazz Hour on IndieTalent.ca in the next few months, and have been reviewing the cuts - really nice listen, showcases the talents of these four young artists. I'm impressed, and I don't get that easily impressed......I look forward to featuring them.
