ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Rabbit Dreams consists mainly of Mike Moore and whatever weird figures he can think of to include in his song. Susan Langenes helped out with saxophone on "Coming Home," and James McFarland helped with vocals on "Coming to Town." Other vocalists include Matt, Gretchen and Karin on "Beautiful Bastard" and Rosco The Dog on "Coming to Town."

Mike was in another Portland band, The Goodwill River, but found himself cranking out some songs that didn't quite fit in with what that band was doing. So, Rabbit Dreams was born. All of the songs are about people in horrible situations just hoping for something a little better. Unfortunately, these people are usually about 2 seconds away from getting what's coming to them, so they're really kind of hosed. Mike really hopes that you like the songs, and please feel free to drop him a line any time.

Great Album
Great album, both as a whole piece and in terms of single songs. The album has a very good flow and well thought-out song order, especially with the instrumental interludes. Also, great stand-alone songs with varying topics from love to nuclear wars to clowns.
