ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
"Their core sound could most generically be described as alternative or emo, but there’s more to it than that. Thanks in large part to the vocals of Stephanie Plate, the band’s music takes on an epic feel despite the short duration of the songs. Her voice is very unique and capably conveys the raw emotion of her lyrics. Musically the band creates pieces that can move from uplifting highs to crushing lows within the span of a single song."
-Trey Spencer, sputnikmusic.com

Stylistically, the music ranges from stratospheric choruses to crunchy breakdowns, piano balladry to screamo flirtations, acoustic strumming to searing leads. Lyrically, the songs face subjects such as loss, death, and regret, but always juxtaposed with a passion and hope intended to inspire the listener. If This Is the End… promises to be a fresh breath of air in the scene.
