Album Notes
A tight-knit quartet of young gentlemen with the gift to play songs that do more than just test your ability to interpret low frequencies has been out of sight for far too long. Joe, Kevin, Greg, and Ryan are the four homegrown bandmates of Nimbus 9 that deliver a presence on stage and disc that has far too little been seen in recent releases of rock music. Hidden in the back corners of southern New Hampshire the boys made the trek to Boston, Massachusetts to join the National Reserve of bands looking to make it big on the quaint little music scene of New England's most colorful city.

Armed with the vocal pipes and thoughts of Joe Bolduc and unbelievably tight rock grooves of brothers Kevin and Greg Neveu on bass and guitar respectively, they are driven forth by an equally innovative and metronomic spark known as Ryan Lemire on drums. A healthy mix of teen angst and quarter life crisis is wrapped up in a wavy roller-coaster of slow spacious grooves and fast melodic flashes that gain intrigue not only in sound but in substance.

On the scene for the last 3 years Nimbus 9 has paid the dues of any band aiming for an audience and built a foundation in New England that comforts them to a sell out crowd at almost every venue they play. The product of a 5 song EP is on the way which will include the two tracks now on their website "Read You" and "The End." Hailing to the need for furthering their fan base Nimbus 9 will hit the road soon after this release to play colleges and clubs in surrounding states of the New England area.
