Album Notes
New Life Fine Arts Musical Theater is known for bringing new life to the classics and highlighting their redemptive themes. Its perennial holiday favorite, "Ebenezer Scrooge: A Christmas Carol", an original musical adaptation of the Charles Dickens' classic, consistently brings audiences to their feet and inspires with the true message of Christmas.

John Bunyan's famous book, "A Pilgrim's Progress", which for 250 years was the world's best selling book next to the Bible, was adapted for the stage in the musical, "Celestial City".

IN 2004 NLFA produced "Song on the Wind", the story of the Praying Indians and the early New England settlers and how their relationships were tested. Productions were subsequently featured as part of the 375th anniversary of the founding of Concord Massachusetts and a national gathering in Plymouth, Massachusetts. Among the cast members were descendants of both the Praying Indians and first New England settlers. Music from "Song on the Wind" has been featured as part of the Project Dance performances in New York's Times Square and in Boston's City Hall Plaza.

New Life has adapted the Biblical story of "Ruth" and it has been performed in Israel, Australia and the United States. David MacAdam's newest musical adaptation from the Bible is "Esther: For Such A Time as This" and is scheduled for a premiere in 2019 with musical arrangements by Peter Vantine.
