Album Notes

Miss Behavin'

We are a real band, we go out most every weekend and sometime during the week to smokey, (it's still legal in Europe) sweaty bars and play our hearts out for the people who love to hear it. And we are the artists on the cd, no hired help.

This cd is our first (offense) it's seven songs, three originals, a traditional and some covers we have made our own. How Do for example is an accoustic version with a skat solo you shouldn't be trying at home.

We've also included a video of our song Twistin' Jack which can be viewed on any pc or Apple computer.

I hope you'll give us a listen. Try it, you'll like it.

And if you do please tell us:

"First Offence" is surely an interesting and pleasant debut, it features also some well known songs but you were able to give new and original versions. Your approach is in fact particulaly dynamic and driving and it blends some different music forms such like country, rock'n'roll, western-swing, etc. in just a single style that is all your own.

Where were they when I was in Germany?
Gator writes "Here is a Country Western Band from Germany. The lead singer for the group Leslie (Miss Behavin’) Morgan is the lead singer and guitarist for the group, she also plays the fiddle, she is also from America.

The rest of the group is from Germany, and about as Country as anything we made in Texas. The have a true original style that you will want to get up on the dance floor and start dancing. I wish when I spent two 3 year tours over there in Germany that this band had been around. I surely would have been a regular in the crowd.

Their new CD is "First Offense" when you go to their web site you will be treated with a very inter-active web site that you will find around. After clicking on the doors and entering the saloon, you will find a juke box where you can actually play their songs to preview them. Clicking on almost anything in the saloon will take you to other information about the band. Check out the web links to get to their great web page, and buy their CD."

Love this band & the music!
This is one of the best CD's I own, only wish there were more songs on it but I'm looking forward to more music from Miss Behavin and I'll be the first to buy it!

Hi Leslie, first thanx again for your e-mail where you told about your new CD "Offense". I just listend to all samples and promptly decided to leave my impress right here...So what can I say? I really enjoyed it! I really liked hearing you singing and it reminded me of the gig we played in the "Long Horn Saloon" in D-Dorf several yeras ago... Your guitarplayer knocked off my feet. Go on that way.
All the best,

I love this CD !
Rocking honky tonk with attitude and style in a blend of traditional and modern. Leslie Morgan has a superb voice which is complemented by excellent musicianship. Three very well done covers and one traditional in an eclectic range of styles together with three brilliant originals full of rhythm, wit and humour. The band say you'll like it if you try it - and you will! It'll make you want to get up on the floor and start dancing. And the bonus video is great. This CD is a must-have for your collection !!
