ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
NOTE: On the CD edition songs ON LOVERS HILL and TOUCH ME are replaced with WISHING and AIN'T GONNA KISS YA.

A perfect example of the rockabilly originating from Finland is this dynamic cutie delivering rock 'n' roll with a pop flavor. Miki is an impressive vocalist with a style simultaneously powerful, smooth and melodic.

Miki's debut album, released in 2012, is a package of excellent new original songs and covers of songs like 'Have I The Right' (The Honeycombs), 'Restless' (Johnny Kidd & The Pirates) and 'Get Ready' (Smokey Robinson).

Mixing elements from the 1960's girlie pop, the 1950's sultry rockabilly and even from the 1970's power pop Miki is both on her album and on stage a fascinating performer and a sight to see.
