Album Notes
Join Fr. Michael Fish for the first retreat in this unique trilogy of discovery. Everyday life is filled with complexity and tumult, distracting us from the peace that the contemplation of our spirituality offers. This recorded retreat will allow us to continue our journey to the realm of the sacred that dwells within each of us. Through story, symbol and Scripture we’ll once again travel to this blessed place, where we may reconnect with the wildness of the Divine.

Recorded during a week end of rest and reflection amongst nature's wonders at Mater Dolorosa. The retreat center nestled in in the foothills of in the beautiful San Gabriel Mountains.

Fr. Michael Fish draws from many disciplines to formulate a clear and meaningful message that everyone can relate to. His humorous and unassuming nature will leave you with an inner smile long after you stop listening. The recordings are filled with inspiration and metaphors that will open doors you didn't realize were there.

"I like to listen in the car during my long commute. It helps me put things into perspective and give me a wonderful sense of well being that stays with me through the day. The crazy thing is that each time I listen I hear something that I hadn't noticed before. It's like and endless well that I can draw from again and again"

"A friend sent me a set of Fr. Michael's CDs. I set aside a week end at the Biltmore and made my own retreat. I listened to 2 recordings a day and walked the lush grounds of the hotel with my journal in hand. It was amazing what I was able to capture during those 3 days of silent thought and contemplation."
