Rising Songs, Turning Tides
I really can't find the perfect words to describe how much I love listening to this album. Each song is so special. The harmonies are peaceful and beautiful. The strings, and most of all the flute . Little bit of everything with Hebrew and some Yiddish, mingling in perfection with English words. Some folksy and other is more spiritual, serious. Is some of the very best music have ever listened to. Description says this is an album for children, but really is for any person who loves folk music. Perfect to sing with grandchildren. But of course all the better that it has also Jewish themes, very unique. The more I listen to it, the more I love it. Just never seems to get old. .
