I came from a family of smokers and I myself have been a smoker for over 15 years and had literally tried everything to quit, prescription drugs, (2 different kinds), the patch, gum, lozenges, cold turkey. Nothing ever worked. I found Lynn Lamberts Be A Non-Smoker Now 9 weeks ago and thought what do I have to lose? Nothing but a stinky, dirty and very expensive habit. My husband was quite skeptical but I had had success with hypnosis in the past for other issues,so I had a little more faith, but still never imagined that it would be as easy as it was. After listening to the MP3 for the first time both my husband and I haven't touched a cigarette since. There were virtually no cravings, and with in a week or so of listening to it daily we even stopped thinking about it, and have never looked back. I am a non smoker now thanks to Lynn Lambert.
