ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Lyndsay is a singer, songwriter, guitarist and violinist who was steeped in the soulfulness of music since she was born. Lyndsay's voice has been described as "creamy, smooth, pure, precise," which nearly resembles an advertisement for peanut butter. And like peanut butter, her music draws listeners from all age groups because of her comforting and versatile compositions. Her first album, "Feather", invites the listener on her journey of discovery after leaving the familiar context of home behind, accented with three-part harmonies and sensitive percussion. Her poetic lyricism, paired with the support of beloved strings-- violin, cello, and upright bass-- provides an adventure that is at once provocative and relaxing. Her sound has been said to be "easy on the ear and easy on the mind." She hopes her music leave you feeling light, lucid, and loved.
