Album Notes
Weaving through territories long established by '70s prog-rockers, '80s proto punks, and '90s art rockers, Lone Wolf & Cub invoke the modern love affair between dance driven strategy and lush, mid-western rock. Since their formation in 2004 their mission has stayed constant: take a deep love of indie rock and expand on that by making experimental mini-symphonies. The infectious cacophony comes through immediately, with a rapidly-expanding collection of keyboards, percussion, jangly guitars, & rapid-fire hand claps that create intense instrumental jaunts that are made for dancing.
