ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
JOYSTICK, a venezuelan musical project formed by members of nationally acclaimed bands such as Claroscuro, Chucknorris, Tribop and LeMerm, just released a new album: “Lonchera” (Lunchbox). Carlos Reyes (vocals / guitar), Ezequiel Valencia (guitar / backing vocals), Eduardo Fernandez (bass) and Tomás Mena (drums) worked every detail of their compositions to craft an honest, raw and unnusual sound.

But the album is not only about music. Each song is accompanied and completed by the work of various recognized artists and graphic designers. These aren’t just tunes, they are also a visual treat.

In each of the ten songs the capital city is described from the eyes of an outsider, with a clear concept and a powerful mellancholic sound. Joystick has a modern yet classical point of view and in Lonchera it shines.
