Album Notes
Ken Russell has been with me all my life. Jon Sorensen's THE KEN RUSSELL is a tribute to his life and his talent.

These tracks include:

Ken Russell's DRACULA. Ken was signed to make a feature film of the Bram Stoker novel and had cast Mick Fleetwood as the Count. It would have made a unique movie. Russell's take on vampirism was blood as creativity.

Ken Russell's TO THE LIGHTHOUSE. A film Ken always wanted to make from the Virginia Woolf novel.

Ken Russell's THE LIVING END. Based upon a novel by Stanley Elkin. Ken was to make a film of it, a comedy dealing with the afterlife.

This album is dedicated to Ken with affection, respect and thanks.

"Utterly Fascinating". (Ken Russell, August 2009).
