Album Notes
The early eighties were a golden age of crummy sword and sorcery movies. At the high end were Conan the Destroyer and Krull. But Italy gave us ample low end material like Gor, The Blade Master, and the ever-beefy Yor The Hunter From the Future. I've been looking forward to mocking this movie in public ever since I rented it from Scarecrow Video in Seattle, where the clerk told the immortal joke "Who's the Hunter From the Future? Yor the Hunter From the Future."

Note, this audio track needs to be synchronized with a DVD, Blu-Ray, or streaming copy of the movie. Instructions will be given in the audio track. The film is sold, or rented, separately.

Pour Yourself a Generous Glass of Riffing Perfection...
As a cinema connoisseur, you've probably been wondering which rifftrack to pair with your copy of Yor: The Hunter from the Future. Like a fine wine, you want something that's light, cool, with just the right hint of snark.

The MMIP Riffs track offers all of this and so much more. Listening to the track is like inviting two very funny friends over to hang out with you. Jim and Casey are utterly hysterical, and I repeatedly found myself snickering along with their wickedly pointed observations.

The audio on track itself is professionally produced and an absolute joy to listen to. The instructions for synching to the film are clearly presented early on in the presentation.

In short, like the perfect wine & cheese pairing, this rifftrack is the ideal companion for Yor. More importantly, it's a selection that won't leave you with a horrendous hangover the morning after.
