ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Artist,Executive Producer and label owner;J.C.(born John Cousin,Jr.)is a true Northshore music veteran.Born in Covington,La. and raised in Mandeville and Lacombe,La.,J.C. has truly earned the title"king of the underground".With a recording career dating back to 1993 and performing since the mid-80's,he has truly built a solid fan base. While his songs have been mostly street hits,he has built a solid reputation as a performer and writer. He is the FIRST artist from his area to receive airplay, perform at the New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival, and have a song banned from radio(this can be found on his Northshore Rasta CD).This is his latest release, and it's already matching the success of his two previous releases!!!

COMING SOON TO CDBABY.COM..J.C's breakthrough CD, "Northshore Rasta" and J.C.'s" Greatest Underground Hits"-SCREWED By Mr.Serggio and D.J. Steve!!!!!

Refreshing and different!!
It's about time an artist came out with something bold ,instead od the same ol'-same ol' that I've been hearing in music lately.Definately worth a listen!! I'm gonna spread the word on this CD!!!!! I'm proud that this Brother is from the South!!I remember when this guy used to rap back in high school. It's great that he's still making music!Looking forward to the greatest hits album!!
