Ultra Solid Release
This is one of the best commercial jazz CDs I've purchased this year. Every track is a rock solid groove, the production is flawless and all the musicians in the studio came to play and are spot on..

They are getting the full five star treatment from me here not only because the music is WAY above average, but they kept the whole thing instrumental. This is apposed to their earlier release, which was festooned with vocals (and consequently I didn' t buy it).

If the Jazz Holdouts serve up another solid all-instrumental release like this one next time out, count me in at the purchase line!
