Jake Lear is an American blues musician. He is a guitarist, singer and songwriter who is a regular at clubs and festivals on the American blues scene. He has just released his first album LOVE AND CHARM to rave reviews.

Jake Lear has spent the last year playing club dates and festivals from New York to Mississippi. He has opened for or played with the likes of Anson Funderburgh, David Lee Durham, Bill Abel, Wesley Jefferson, Paul Geremia, Eddie Shaw And The Wolfgang, Lightnin’ Malcolm, Terry Harmonica Bean and Monroe Jones. In June of 2007 Jake independently released his first album LOVE AND CHARM recorded by Scott Fleetcher at Panda Records in Binghamton, NY. The album features Carlos Arias on bass, Pete Ruttle on harmonica and Brad Gordon on drums.
