Album Notes
InsideOut is running at the front of a modern trend in music – contemporary a cappella. With its roots in the early monophonic sacred music ‘at the chapel,’ a cappella has come the distance and has kept a good following along the way. There’s something inherently fascinating about a group of people, putting themselves forward as the instruments and singing together in harmony. InsideOut expands on this convention to bring a cappella entertainment to a new level.

As a ‘vocal band,’ InsideOut delivers performances teeming with tight harmonies anchored to a solid deep bass and committed to the pulse of phenomenal vocal percussion. InsideOut’s full sound realizes a variety of musical styles and a broad repertoire ranging from golden oldies to hits of the 80s and 90s, including original songs, clever parodies and a cappella favorites. In addition to the music, their show thrives on comedy and crowd interaction. Every listener becomes involved in the performance and leaves uplifted and totally entertained. Their concerts are known to leave two-year-olds clapping, teens laughing, families smiling and ninety-year-olds reminiscing. The magic of InsideOut’s music also continues on their award-winning CDs: Innocence, Experience, Reverence, So It Seems, Primary Colors and Sharing Time.

The current six members of InsideOut came together in January 1999. They have performed to sell-out crowds throughout the Western United States. During this time they have made several radio and television appearances and performed at regional competitions, universities and community and corporate events. Collectively, members of the group have performed in college choirs, madrigal ensembles, stage acting groups, a symphony, a country band and a comedy troupe. Drawing from such a diverse background and based on a strong love of music, InsideOut redefines modern entertainment.

Vocal Bands and the Best!
This album is for the whole world! Great songs! I love Inside Out. Another cool 'Vocal Band' I found on CDbaby similar to Inside Out is 'VOCAL VANGUARD'. Check'em out if you haven't already heard them. Contemporary A Cappella is awesome!

I bought one for each of our children's families
for Christmas. Ours was sent to us in the mission field as military relations missionaries. It will be shared with as many as we can. Thanks so much...very wonderful talent amongst all of you. Your last song about Snoman is the best of all! Sister Scoffield
