ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
NC acoustic rock artist Garron Bernard has always had an ability to reach a diverse audience through his willingness to share whatever emotion or pain that he has endured. Known best for his work with grunge/hard rock acts Clutch Hound & Habitat for Insanity, Bernard decided to take a year long sabbatical from music in 2002 to refocus on what was real. "Everything had just become so overcomplicated & fake I had to tear myself down." "I wanted to get back to my roots and learn how to breathe again." Learning to breathe came naturally for Bernard who began writing songs for his solo acoustic debut "Skeleton Key," which he also produced and engineered in August 2003. The album is a stripped down honest vision of the world from the eyes of man who still knows how to find beauty in sadness and sadness in beauty. Songs like "Leading the Blind" and "Before I Fall" lead the way on an album that provides a perfect haven for those seeking sanctuary in a gimmick free music world.

Is this all there is?
Was expecting more from this "artist", but, it's just not there for some senseless reason. "Lotus", written for who? LOL!
