Album Notes
was founded in August, 2002 by CEO,Ganksta Loc. Born and raised in the inner city of Houston, TX, G.Loc got involved in the crime scene at an early age. As a teen on the streets, he began freestyle flowing on street corners and making underground tapes with neighborhood friends. As one of the original members of the Money Grip Hustle Click, G.Loc appeared on the title track of Gigolo's first album, “A Lifetime Hustle” which also featured artists such as former Universal Records recording artist South Park Mexican and Rasheed of Dope House Records, Mr. Stay Ready (formerly D of Trinity Garden Cartel), recorded in 1998 and released in 2000. Ganksta Loc was convicted in 1998 on a Possession charge. After being released from the county jail in 1999, he parted ways with Money Grip to follow God’s call, never expecting to touch another mic. In 2002 after much prayer and with the direction of God, Ganksta Loc founded Eternal Hu$tle Recordz. “This time it was different,” said Loc, “I felt like this is what my purpose is, to reach out to people with my music.” Eternal Hustle Recordz does just that, it brings music and emotion relevant to the streets while at the same time offers a message of hope and change.
