Hi there, everybody -- Joe here from Fatal Order, and I'm going to kick off this message board with some comments and reviews of our new CD, "Branded for Life". Add yours as well! Thanks! First, here are some quick, short comments about the disc from a various selection of Fatal fans, new and old: Hey Tony, Mike, Bob, and Joey, this new CD of yours is killer! Dan, America Online You guys kick ass! Keep up the good work! Dusty G., Somerset, WI Your webpage is cool. Those songs you have for samples are cool, especially "Chasing Time" and "No Sleep". What's so cool about "Chasing Time" is it immediately took me back to the metal days, when metal ruled. Lesa, America Online You guys kick some serious ass! Loved the songs! Jani, America Online "Branded For Life" kicks hard -- love the CD! You guys are right up there with Judas Priest, Scorpions, etc. I've been sending your website to my rock friends. So far two are ordering your CD. Your music came into my life when I needed it most. Thanks again, Fatal Order! Shelly Teets, Fairmont, WV I love it! It is fantastic, and it will get played a whole heck of a lot with me. I will be first in line for the next CD! You have one serious fan here in New Orleans. Janet W., New Orleans, LA [This message has been edited by Joe Ochwat (edited May 17, 1999).]

Here's a review as read in the May 1999 issue of "Midwest Beat" magazine: Fatal Order Branded for Life (Independent) Branded for Life is the debut CD from a band that has rocket the Calumet Region for many years. Although it has taken a long time for them to get around to recording the local hard rock anthems that ring loud and true in area clubs, the wait has been well worth it. As someone who has enjoyed the band live on many occasions, it is pleasing to the ears to finally hear studio versions of such F.O. classics as "Kicked In The Balls" and "Forever Rest In Peace", alongside some powerful new songs. There are a total of 14 hard and heavy tunes on this disc. All are rock solid, well-crafted and sure to get your adrenaline pumping. The smooth transition the band makes from a raucous live act to a studio environment was aided by Mike Sheffield, who co-produced the album with the group. While never losing grasp of the fury that powers their songs, the band pulled off a very crisp and sonically sound recording. The brothers Ochwat and the brothers Troncozo collaborate to belt out some very serious material, some of which has stood well the test of time and some destined to do the same. Not only do the four write well, but they perform like a precision engine, always firing on all cylinders. Although all of the songs on Branded for Life punch the listener squarely in the solar plexus, the most standout cuts for this listener are "Spellmaker", "Evil", and "DNC". Fatal Order has delivered the goods and the many area fans who have been waiting and hoping will certainly not be disappointed. Hopefully our blistering ears will not havbe to wait quite so long for a follow-up to this impressive set. Johnny Sin
