Album Notes
Evi Tausen started her musical career in 2010 when she released a single with two songs by Jim Reeves: "How´s the world treating you" and "He´ll have to go".
In November 2011 Evi released an album (CD) with the title: "Evi - Wishing Well". The CD was recorded in Nashville i co-operation with several American songwriters, i.e. Brent Mason, who also produced the album.
In January 2013, the song "Oh, How I Miss You Tonight" which Evi sings together with Jim Ed Brown, was number five on the Pan-European TOP-100 Radio Chart, which is the country-hitlist of European Country Music Association.
Now Evi is out with a new album!
In August 2015 Evi went to Nashville to record her second album called Make This Life A dance. The album consists of six Nashville recordings and tree songs that were recorded in The Faroe Islands. Songs recorded in The Faroe Island are: Make This Life a Dance, When You Call me Baby and Neon Moon. Thees songs are produced by Faroese local producer Jákup Zachariassen.
The Nashville recordings are produced and arranged by former TOTO member Byddy Hyatt and Brent Mason.
The album songs are a mix of old school country, traditional country, Blue Grass, and modern country music.
