ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
The official follow-up to the "New to You, Old to Me: The Remixtape" project. Man of Action: Retrieval consists of two sides; Conflicted (1-10) & Resolved (11-19). The conflicted side has information about the negative battle regarding internal struggles. There will be some things said that will not appeal to most, involving previous errors and ways of living. The resolved side encloses all of the singles of the mixtape; encompassing the theme of being resolved and accepting things that can't be changed whilst changing things that can. Listen to the "Conflicted" side for introspection; listen to the "Resolved" Side for the current path to self-actualization. Through being the doctor of myself, I hope to help others to be the doctors of themselves and to move forward to accomplish their dreams as the biggest thing standing between their dreams and them, is themselves. This journey is about how I conquered myself to get to where I am. Realizing that the path to conquering myself never ends until after I take my last breath.
Listen to the whole tape to bring it all together. Dr. Leon likes to credit himself as an improving emcee that comes up with his own rhymes. Through learning to fall in love with himself again will encompass the path being taken on future projects leading up to his eventual "Rebirth". Take a ride on the journey to that and hopefully, there will be something you can take with you

Besides the assistance in song-naming in order to keep some relation to the applicable title of the beat, omitting the hook on "In Your Arms" & "Dues", every song was written by Dr. Leon; verses and hooks. Aj Angels equally assisted on the lead single "Resolution". There are no ghostwriters that assisted in this tape.

WhoIsRog is responsible for engineering this tape as well as the mixes and certain beat changes.
