Agenda

by Cattywampus

This collection of songs is a mesh of early 90s indie, 70s new wave, and 60s pop. It is a very introspective set of songs. It stands apart for the nothingness of post grunge arena rock acts that are so prevalent today in the music world.

ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Agenda was born on a cold snowy weekend in March. Having had a fight with my significant other I retreated into music and these songs were born. They aren't the happiest songs but reflect the dejection, loneliness, and condescension that I was experiencing in a toxic relationship. It explores ideas of knowing yourself and seeing through others.

Love & Pain
Another fine- tuned leap forward for the always creative and explorative Cattywampus. Searching the emotional chasms of life, splattered with lots of extra texture and brooding, monochromatic vocals. Standouts are Frozen, Morning Dawn & Mirror...really enjoyed the reprise acoustic version of Frozen!
