Mountains On Our Backs

by Carcrashlander

The band has arrived. The tunes are epic. The guitars are loud and chaotic. They rise and fall, poke and prod, swirling around driving piano chords, impeccably paced bass lines and the precisely persistent drumming that make up the back bone of this album

ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Limited edition hand screened covers designed by Cory and the folks at the Million Monkeys Union. Their 2nd album this year, and first for Jealous Butcher.

The band has arrived. The tunes are epic. The guitars are loud and chaotic. They rise and fall, poke and prod, swirling around driving piano chords, impeccably paced bass lines and the precisely persistent drumming that make up the back bone of this album. Cory\'s deep, inscrutable voice leads us through his little world, at times comforting us and then casting haunting visions. The pop moments of the album effortlessly give way to the longer more sprawling adventures, blending everything together in one cohesive journey.
