Album Notes
Born to sing, I was told to be perfect,
told to be silent.
Born to dance, I was told to be perfect,
told to be still.

Yet obediently in silence I heard the perfect song of birds.
In stillness, I witnessed the perfectly beautiful wild dancing of tree branches in the wind.
In a crescendo of flashing lightnings, the thundering music sounded with the rumbling rhythms of stones tumbling down mountainsides. I listened to the perfection of harmonies bursting out of water springs, and my ears tingled at the nurturing sunrise sky tunes and the calming, whispering lullaby of sunset. All along my Spirit Journey with the natural world into which I was perfectly born I found loving hospitality in information that came in joyful ways beyond what most humans are told.

As perfectly as a seed of a plant arises from dirt in Spring rains, I have learned from the sacred perfection in music and movement lovingly created for balance, harmony, abundance, and peace.

And I know that when this Spirit Journey transforms me back into the dust, there will be countless peaceful eons of time to join with the beautiful perfection of silence and stillness.
So, now I sing!

If you know these things, and hear their songs, remember your sacred gifts on your Spirit Journey,
breathe deeply.
