ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
This album has taken four years to produce from start to finish. It is truly a labor of love, and we strongly feel that every track on this album deserves to be there; we have dozens and dozens of tracks that did not make the final list, mostly because of space limitations and thematic variations.

All songs were written based on varies stories and themes in the Austin, Texas area (and including some inspiration from a few other Texas locations). But the themes are not unique to Austin; love, loss, addiction, homelessness, greed, polarizing politics, introspection, and inspiration can be found almost anywhere.

Production was consisted primarily of a Korg Kronos music workstation (running a variety of emulations of our favorite 80s synths, including the Korg MS20 and PolySix), Audio Technica mics, an M-Audio M-Track 2X2M input with a TC Helicon effects processor, and an iMac running Logic Pro X. We also have a couple of extra synths that added some depth to some tracks, and a few other goodies and toys we used along the way. Final mixing was done by LANDR / MixGenius.
