ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
This album was written, recorded, and mixed primarily in Honolulu but mastered by my friend DWP Sounds in Hilo. Much of the audio was inspired by the birth of my son, the love for my wife, our daughter, our families, neighbors, coworkers, and friends everywhere. Iʻve also been inspired by much of the stunning visuals from the murals that have emerged in our neighborhood (Kaka'ako) during the annual Pow Wow Hawai'i festival, and, Iʻve often wondered, "if these scenes had a soundtrack, what would it be"? The result is my interpretation of these amazing, communal pieces, my homage to their craft + talent, and respect to our ʻglocalʻ 'ohana.
