Well worth it!
I'm usually not the type to write reviews but I'm taking the time for this one. I've ordered this product and truly enjoy the experience of this hypnosis. Lynn's voice is so soothing and I believe that there is a lot of heart in her work. She is truly passionate in helping people and that to me is refreshing. The results of her hypnotic CD's are powerful. She targets the issues bang on. It's only been a couple of weeks now of listening to these cd's and I truly do feel more in charge of emotional eating as well as more confident. I feel that my goal is possible where as before it felt unatainable. The shifts are gradual but the beauty is that it feels just normal and natural to make these changes. If you purchase one thing for yourself this year, purchase this CD. It's the best gift you'll ever give yourself. I've been using this CD for about one month now and am so happy I connected with Lynn Lambert. The CD is professionally produced and Lynn's voice is both reassuring and soothing. The changes are gradual. But one day you will notice that, while you might think of eating a pizza or a bag of chips, the craving isn't there. The craving isn't there and the thoughts are easily pushed away. Realizing that you are in control of your emotions is very empowering and uplifting. After a very long time of doing nothing, I'm now starting to enjoy exercising again. It's wonderful to feel happy, confident and to enjoy life again. Thank you, Lynn.


Wow, this is the way to go to sleep!
I love this CD and listen to Lynn all the time. I find if I listen to the CD every day my eating is much more controlled. I don't even have to think about it.

The best part is that I can listen to it as I go to sleep so if I've had a busy day I don't have to feel pressured to get that one more thing done. I just turn on the 'sleep' track as I get into bed and it gently moves me towards a relaxing sleep. I have taken care of myself and it took no time at all!
